At Vouched, we learn by doing. In the world of Know Your Agent, that means each employee has their own Identiclaw – an OpenClaw agent creator that gives your agent its own identity credentials from the start. So it can operate on your behalf, but only do what you permit it to do.
What we learned
Value was immediate. After a few minutes of brainstorming, everyone was able to identify a use case for their own AI agent and have it start executing on tasks right away. All the chatter about AI improving productivity suddenly felt real and tangible.
Agents unlock creativity
One clever colleague had his agent and sub-agents create “desks” – folders for his agents to drop their work into. That freed him up to work on a forward-thinking partnership idea. Having “someone” to delegate administrivia to truly empowers humans to think more strategically.
People care deeply about naming their agents!
Names make things personal. They create instant rapport between humans and their AI agents. During the rest of our offsite, we referred to each other’s agents by name. Junior. Scout. Nova. Shar-tron. We bragged about their accomplishments and coached them when we saw that they could do better.
In using technology to help us do our jobs better, we found that it actually made us more human.
